Carol has been a p EFT Practitioner since 2000. Carol noticed that during the many years of working with other person's issues, her own issues began to heal. Even though she was not focusing on them, she knew they existed in her mind and her past. eventually many issues were dissolved by simply tapping with clients on their issues.

EFT brings balance in thinking and perception and brings healing balance to the body and mind. Many thousands around the world have given their testimonials about the effectiveness of EFT.

Borrowing benefits means that while we may or may not be able to tune into the painful issues of our past, we can bring down the intensity of emotional pain simply by tuning into the issues that are being shared by other participants doing EFT.

This is a painless process in comparison to many other therapies. Even though it is not completely clear of exactly how this process creates healing, but if it helps and it is painless and effective, perhaps that is not the real concern. It just works.
