OUR GOALS

Carol Sue Rios BCH is NGH Board Certified Clinical Hypnotist, Certified Master Hypnotist and Emotional Freedom Practitioner. Carol began her practice in 1999. In 2000 Carol added EFT to her practice and has become skilled in it's use of balancing and /or dissolving negative emotional energy which can cause disruptions to one's life.  Now you can experience great results from Carol's expertise by scheduling an appointment for an in office session or on the phone or by webcam. Any of these methods will offer the same powerful results.

Carol became ordained by the Alliance of Divine Love Interfaith Ministries in July 2011. Carol is a Spiritual Counselor and is the creator and Founder of The Art of Awareness LLC. EFT Miracles and Creator of Self Healing CDs and Audio Downloads and Emotional Freedom Technique on DVD.  Carol is the Publisher of Life Changing Self Hypnosis CDs MP3s and EFT on DVD Utilizing a personally devised Emotional Transformation Technique or EFT Published Writer. A Member of and Board Certified with The National Guild of Hypnotists, Certified by The Florida Society of Professional Hypnotists. & The National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology

Carol Rios studied Hypnosis at Omni School of Hypnosis with Founder and Director Gerald Kein. and is a graduate of The National Guild of Hypnosis in Connecticut, having successfully completed the Basic through Advanced Hypnosis training in 1999. Carol began her membership with the Florida Society of Professional Hypnotists and Board Certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. Carol has maintained her membership with the NGH since 2000 by obtaining continuing educational training classes every year exceeding 20 credit hours per year. Having multiple Certificates of Completion and Certifications in the field.  In 2000, Carol witnessed Gary Craig apply EFT to several people at a seminar and was so inspired by the almost instant transformations that she witnessed, Carol applied EFT to almost all of her clients from that point on.
Carol became an NGH Board Certified Hypnotist in 2003 and submitted a Thesis on Self Esteem, Uprooting Negative Seed Thoughts.. This thesis is published in the Guild's own Hypnotist Forum Magazine in Spring of 2005. Carol Rios is a published writer with articles in several South Florida magazines and journals. During her practice she specialized in Self Esteem, finding it is at the root of many personal issues. A smaller version of which was published in a South Florida magazine in 2 parts. Carol has been Certified as a Master Hypnotist. Practicing Clinical Hypnosis. As an Emotional Freedom Practitioner, Carol has used techniques during her practice such as Meridian Balancing which is an Emotional Freedom Technique as taught by Gary Craig and founded by Dr Roger Callahan, other wise known as, EFT as Gary coined phrase, and TFT which is Thought Field Therapy which Dr. Callahan devised. Carol instrumented the combination of EFT and Transformational Hypnosis for the purpose of freeing the blockages caused by negative emotional energy that is so often being spent by individuals who are holding on to negative beliefs and memories. During her practice Carol utilized Age regression Hypnosis, and other techniques as well and with the experience she has integrated many of the powerful techniques into her Hypnosis recordings such as her self published EFT on DVD.

Carol became a Certified member of the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology, & Certified as a Neuro-Metaphysical Practitioner under Dr William Horton.
Carol became a Student of the College of Metaphysical Studies in Sarasota, FL, in 2002. She carries many Certifications including Certified Hypnosis Pain Management Trainer, Certified in Weight Reduction Strategies,

Since 2001, Carol Rios has been a contributing writer for three South Florida Magazines that are geared to the Health and Wellness forum. In 2005 Carol moved from Florida to the mountains of North Carolina. She is in the process of writing her book Having successfully cured herself of inoperable cervical cancer with very limited use of conventional medicine. Carol knows only too well the positive, benefits of using EFT and Mind Mastering to connect mind body and spirit to reverse the negative energy that can often create illness. Therefore Carol became inspired to help others discover their own powerful methods of mind body mastery. Carol recorded a CD that touches on the mindset for self healing. Carol is focusing her time and energy on creating a strong foundation for Truth Honesty Integrity of Mind Body and Spirit by creating her works of aiding others to heal through Mind Mastering . The Art of Awareness aspires to the highest level of good for all mankind. Carol has a strong spiritual foundation and background with 25 years experience as a Spiritual Advisor in Metaphysics and Numerology and Acrophonology. Speaker/Lecturer to Women's groups, Adhering to studies, teachings and philosophies of: A Course in Miracles", Buddhism, Intuitive Healing, Energetic Healing. Carol is also a Painter, Artist. EFT is a very flexible improvement tool that can be used for just about everything. I am using my version here and have had quite extraordinary results. If your licensed medical practitioner has diagnosed your problem, you may be required to bring your physician's referral for treatment according to their specifications.
